Lampworking is a procedure where a flashlight is used in order to heat and dissolve the glass. Previously lampworking was done by utilizing oil fueled lights but now it is made by using gas motivated torch and for this reason lampworking process can also be called torchworking.
Almost all famous glass beads are manufactured through lampworking process.
